If constantly having the use of your mobile device is of the upmost importance than being a member of the Fonecare club is the best way to insure it happens .

Insurance is great and we would recommend you have insurance , but while they sort out a claim you will be without your phone , if you are a Fonecare Member we will loan you a phone while they arrange a new unit or pay you

No at Fonecare we are a club we have members and offer lots of options but not insurance , we will not pay you if your phone is lost or stolen , we have a pool of phones that our members share between them when there is an issue with their own

This is where Fonecare membership  is so much better than any insurance , contact us we will issue you with a loan phone and get your device repaired under warranty or not

You could of course , you could return your phone to the manufacture and in a couple of weeks they may return it repaired or they may say the fault is caused by miss use .

 

But Fonecare members return the phone to us , get issued a loan phone and carry on , we sort out the problems .

No you need insurance to get a replacement , but as a member we will offer you a loan unit to use while you sort yours out . If your insurance does not cover you we will make you an offer to keep your loan unit .

As a member we can if you bring your phone into one of our approved repairers have your phone fixed on the spot , if for any reason we are unable to fix yours right away we will offer you a loan phone

Every time a member requires a loan or repair we charge an admin fee

Your subscriptions are paid monthly in arrears by DD or standing order , please contact your bank and simply stop the payments , we are unable to stop standing orders

Fonecare membership is paid monthly in arrears if you forget to cancel your membership and let us know within 60 days we will refund your last payment (unless you used your membership for a loanfone in that time )

Unfortunately not your membership is paid monthly in arrears so if you cancel your payment your membership has already lapsed once the payment date is missed
